About the Role:

We are looking for a Call Center Agent for our USA healthcare clients. You will speak with patients over the phone, answer their questions, and guide them through basic healthcare processes. Female candidates with strong English communication skills are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from patients and clients.

• Provide clear and polite information.

• Help patients with appointment scheduling and inquiries.

• Record details of calls and update systems.

• Follow call center and HIPAA guidelines.

Requirements

• Good English speaking and listening skills.

• Experience in healthcare support is a plus.

• Calm, patient, and professional attitude.

• Basic computer knowledge.
