About the Role

We are looking for a Patient Scheduler to support our USA healthcare clients. In this role, you will help patients book and manage their appointments, answer their questions, and make sure they get the right support on time. Female candidates with strong English communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments.

• Answer incoming calls and assist patients politely.

• Collect and update patient information in the system.

• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other staff for smooth scheduling.

• Remind patients about their appointments by phone or email.

• Handle scheduling conflicts and resolve them quickly.

• Maintain patient privacy and follow HIPAA rules.

Requirements

• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).

• Previous healthcare, call center, or scheduling experience preferred.

• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Friendly, patient, and professional attitude.

• Basic computer knowledge and ability to use scheduling software.
