Responsibilities

• Make and receive calls with patients.

• Collect basic health and personal details during screening.

• Schedule appointments and transfer calls if needed.

• Handle patient concerns with care and respect.

• Maintain confidentiality of all medical information.

Requirements

• Excellent English speaking and writing ability.

• Prior healthcare or medical call experience is a plus.

• Attention to detail and accuracy.
